B&A has opened a new facility in Madison, a move that deepens the company's presence in the region and signals continued investment in the area. The mission-critical technology and solutions provider, which serves the federal government, marked the occasion with a grand opening event that brought together employees, local officials, and community partners.

The new site is designed to support the company's growing portfolio of work and to accommodate an expanding workforce. It gives teams more room to collaborate on technology and engineering projects that serve federal clients, while also positioning B&A to respond faster to the needs of agencies operating in and around the region.

Company leaders described the opening as a long-term commitment rather than a one-time expansion. They pointed to the local talent pool and the area's growing technology sector as key reasons for choosing Madison. Hiring is expected to ramp up across several roles, including engineering, program management, and technical support.

Local officials welcomed the investment, noting that new jobs and facility spending can ripple through nearby businesses and services. For B&A, the site adds capacity at a time when demand for secure, reliable technology solutions continues to rise. The company said it plans to integrate the Madison team into its broader operations quickly, with initial projects already underway.
