A new employment report from EAE Business School in Spain shows that nearly all of its 2025 graduates secured jobs, with starting salaries rising sharply compared to pre-degree levels. The school tracked outcomes across its master's and MBA programs, finding that 98% of graduates were employed within three months of finishing their studies. More striking was the financial leap: the average salary after graduation hit 57,000 euros, representing a 70% increase over what students earned before enrolling.
The report highlights a pattern the school calls the "triple jump." This refers to graduates who simultaneously improve their salary, shift to a new industry, and move into a higher-level role. According to the data, 65% of the class of 2025 achieved this triple shift. The most common destinations were consulting, technology, and finance, with many graduates landing positions in multinational firms based in Madrid and Barcelona.
EAE's career services director noted that the strong results reflect both the quality of the programs and a resilient job market in Spain. "Companies are competing for talent with specialized skills," the director said. "Our graduates are entering at higher levels than in previous years." The report also showed that international students, who make up a significant portion of the cohort, found jobs at similar rates, though their salary growth was slightly lower due to visa restrictions and language barriers. the data reinforces the idea that a specialized business degree remains a strong investment in the current European labor market.
