As someone who indulges in monthly manicures, I've had the opportunity to explore a variety of techniques, including press-ons, structured gel, and Japanese gel. Each method offers its own unique benefits and drawbacks, making the search for the perfect manicure an interesting journey.
Starting with press-ons, while they provide instant gratification and a wide range of designs, their durability often falls short. They can easily pop off, which can be frustrating, especially if you're looking for longevity.
Next on the list is structured gel. This option provides a more robust finish and can last longer than press-ons. However, the application process can be time-consuming, and the removal can be tricky, often requiring a visit to the salon.
Finally, Japanese gel takes the top spot for me. Known for its flexibility and natural finish, it allows for beautiful nail art while promoting nail health. The application is meticulous, but the results are worth the time invested. Overall, my journey through these manicure options has been enlightening, leading me to appreciate the artistry and care involved in nail care.
